Welcome to the Walker Ladd website. The company was founded in Bristol in 1964 as Walker and Company and comprised of Land Surveyors and Building Surveyors. The current directors are land surveyors with a wide experience of the profession and can provide measurement services and quotations for a variety of client requirements. In addition, Jonathan Davy specialises in boundary and expert witness issues while Phil Thompson deals with data presentation and technical questions. 

Walker Ladd provide specialist measurement services such as topographical surveys; measured building surveys providing floor plans, elevations and sections; boundary surveys and reports; lease plans and many more. If you are looking for someone to measure something for you, then Walker Ladd can probably help you....and if we can't, we usually "know a man who can"! Although we are based in Bristol, we are not restricted by geography and this year, for instance, we have worked in Devon, North and South Wales and East Anglia Recent clients have included Local Authorities, Architects, Hospital Trusts and private individuals.

All our quotations are provided free of charge and completely without obligation.Every survey has its own requirements and specification to suit the particular needs of the client. Location, area, land use etc are all factors which influence the method by which the survey will be carried out. The final presentation of the data will dictate the office procedures necessary to provide the client with the information he wants in the format he prefers.
